Progress for humanity begins with basic human needs like access to food and nutrition. Hyundai Hope is proud to support organizations that work to end the food insecurity crisis and uplift families and communities in need.

Hyundai teamed up with Northgate Market to provide 750 turkeys and grocery vouchers to families facing food insecurity at our National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, California.

The Hyundai team volunteered at Paramount Park Middle School with partner Northgate Market to provide bags of groceries and market vouchers to 120 families in the community.

The Hyundai Stars and Stripes Employee Resource Group donated to the Salvation Army of Savannah which provides a host of social service programs including job placement, rehabilitation, and free daily meals to people in need.

To show our support for National Day of Service and Remembrance on 9/11, our Hyundai team volunteered to help pack 200,000 non-perishable meals for people facing food insecurity in Los Angeles.

Hyundai’s Amigos Unidos Employee Resource Group and Hyundai Capital Latino-Hispanic Alliance hosted a volunteer day with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County at the Harvest Solutions Farm in Irvine, California.

Hyundai Supports Sustainability, Housing, and Hunger Relief Programs in Coastal Georgia

SAVANNAH, Ga., Aug. 15, 2024 – Hyundai recently contributed to organizations in the Coastal Georgia region to bolster sustainability, housing, and hunger relief efforts. Hyundai partnered with Ducks Unlimited, a nonprofit focused on conserving, restoring, and managing wetlands and associated habitats for waterfowl. Hyundai also continued its partnerships with Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity on expanding affordable home ownership, as well as the Salvation Army of Savannah on hunger relief efforts. The donations are part of Hyundai’s corporate social responsibility initiative, Hyundai Hope, which seeks to improve the well-being of society by supporting programs that foster health, safety, and growth in communities.

Hyundai Hope and Gary Rome Hyundai Donate $20,000 to Support Hunger Relief Efforts in Massachusetts

HOLYOKE, Mass., Aug. 1, 2024 – Hyundai Hope and Gary Rome Hyundai donated a total of $20,000 to two local food banks in Holyoke, Massachusetts to support hunger relief efforts in the community. The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts received a $10,000 donation from Hyundai Hope. The Thrive Center and Food Pantry at Holyoke Community College received $5,000 from Hyundai Hope and an additional $5,000 from Gary Rome Hyundai.
